Fellowship Meet Ups
Fellowship Meet Ups are informal, volunteer-led gatherings designed to help people within our church community connect around shared interests, life stages, or activities. These meet ups are not church-sponsored events but are supported through limited promotion—such as inclusion in church slides, newsletters, and the website calendar.
While the church encourages healthy community life, Meet Ups:
-Are not funded or staffed by the church
-Do not require formal approval beyond ensuring they are church appropriate
-Do not represent the church's official ministry programming
Examples include: a group hike, coffee meet-up, young adult game night, or family park playdate.
Leaders of meet ups are responsible for their own coordination and communication.
IF THE GATHERING IS AT CLP: In some cases, a CLP-approved long-term key holder may be available to assist with access. If no long-term key holder is participating in your gathering, a short-term key checkout may be arranged through the church office. The individual checking out the key must present a valid Arizona driver’s license and provide local contact information. Keys are issued for short-term use only and must be returned to the church office within three (3) business days of the event.
To confirm access arrangements or request a short-term key checkout, please contact the church office.
